Smart Buys for Summer

If you don’t have these jewels already, consider adding them to your summer wardrobe.

2.  White cotton shorts to wear with all of your cute cotton tops and tunics - all lengths from short to Bermudas.

3.  Summer weight anything from Pucci.

4.  A straw hat or beach tote.

5.  Wood bangles or a wood necklace.  Kenneth Jay Lane usually has some good options.

6.  A Lariat necklace.

7.  Metallic sandals.

8.  Cork wedges or sandals.  Everyone from Oscar de la Renta to J. Crew.  J. Crew even has a cute cork clutch . . .

9.  My favorite color combination of the season:  brown, lapis blue and off white.
